If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you can contact the IFSO scheme. European Financial Services is a member of the Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO Scheme). The IFSO Scheme resolves complaints about financial services. This service is independent and free for our customers.
Before contacting the IFSO, they do require you to have first provided us with the opportunity to resolve the complaint.
